Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation (unless otherwise noted at checkout). Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once the order has shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds
Valveté offers a 90-day hassle-free return policy. You can return items from anywhere in the world within 90 days of receipt, no questions asked. Returns are designed to be simple and customer-friendly.
6. Customs & Duties (International)
Customs and import duties may apply to international shipments depending on your destination country’s regulations. Any such costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

8. Dispute Policy
Dispute Timeframe
All disputes or non-receipt claims must be submitted within 90 days of the order date. After this period, we cannot investigate or process disputes, as carrier tracking and delivery data may no longer be available.
Proof of Delivery
If the carrier marks an order as “Delivered,” it will be considered successfully delivered. (We may ask for proof of delivery from our local carrier if the customer would like to get a proof of delivery (POD)
Late Disputes
Disputes filed after 30 days may be automatically denied if tracking shows delivery or fulfillment records confirm completion.
