Not satisfied with your order? We’ve got you covered. At Valveté, we strive to make returns as smooth and stress-free as possible, so you can shop with confidence.


Return Window
  • Standard Return Period: You get 90 days from order delivery to make sure it’s the perfect match. Feel free to load it up and try it on. Just make sure it stays good‑as‑new:

  • EU Customers: Orders shipped into the European Union qualify for a 90-day cooling-off period, allowing returns for any reason within 90 days of delivery.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Self-inflicted damage to products is not covered by replacement, return, or refund.

  • Must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation).

We’re happy for you to try out your product, but significant use may affect your eligibility for a full refund:

  • Scratches on the body or handle – from contact with surfaces or storage.

  • Battery life decline – rechargeable devices may hold less charge after many cycles.

  • Loose but functional parts – e.g., removable head caps or covers may fit slightly looser with time.
